Membership Management Tools & Resources

Keeping track of your chapter members, including the new members who join each month, members who move into your area, those who lapse, and those who move is an important part of the work of the membership chair or committee. If your chapter has not already, consider creating a standing committee that focuses on membership. Not only does this provide the direct benefit of membership cultivation but it also helps elevate future chapter leaders.
