Our priority is to ensure the safety and health of all TU volunteers, members and supporters.
In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it is recommended that your chapter or council follow CDC guidelines relative to large gatherings, including recommendations related to social distancing, mask wearing, hand washing and more. It is required that every TU entity, including chapters and councils, follow all state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances for any in-person event, and it is the obligation of the volunteers hosting events to be aware of and ensure TU’s compliance with rapidly changing local and state laws relative to COVID-19.
As you start planning your indoor, in-person activities, please consider the following three resources:
Read: CDC Guidelines
Use: Download the Event Attendee Contact Tracing Sign-In Sheet (or use TU’s new online Event Registration Tool – a fast, easy and free way to track attendance and more)
Print: COVID-19 Liability Waiver for Event Attendees
Contact: Volunteer Operations staff with questions on specific events
Stay safe, healthy and smart as you continue to grow and develop your local conservation community during COVID-19.
