Chestnut Ridge Chapter #670 is headquartered at Uniontown, PA, in the Laurel Highlands Region of southwestern Pennsylvania. Across its 25-year history, our chapter has devoted itself to restoration of mountain trout streams degraded by acidic discharges from abandoned coal mine lands and failed past reclamation efforts. Our "premier" project is our 25-year commitment to restoration of Glade Run. Recently, our chapter has expanded its educational and outreach efforts, becoming a regional leader in Trout in the Classroom, and in providing fishing experiences to youth, many of whom would otherwise never have the opportunity to experience the joy of fishing.
