About Us

Established in 2009, we cater to vacationers and day visitors to the Driftless Region. Our primary vision is to provide a relaxed, friendly, and non-intimidating fly fishing experience based only on your desires. No two adventures are the same as we take into account your physical ability and fishing background to tailor a day expressly for you.

What we do

For the NOVICE who wants to learn a few skills, we offer experiences that provide the patience, assistance, and equipment needed to have a great DRIFTLESS day. We will share the “how to” fly fishing basics including understanding equipment, casting basics, and by selecting streams with easier access.

For the more SEASONED fly angler, we offer our extensive local knowledge, clean reliable transportation, while delivering you to the harder to find Driftless “honey holes”. We will give some assistance with fly selection, help to land fish, and take a picture or two. Unlike some, our first goal is to offer the friendship of a fellow angler, and we promise not to be critical, try to coach, or force an unwanted “lesson.”

Where we do it

The best known or “epicenter” of the Driftless area trout waters is usually considered to be Viroqua, WI being surrounded by its many spring-fed limestone creeks. We do much of our work nearby but also regularly work with clients in SE Minnesota and NE Iowa as they provide a ton of great opportunities as well.
