Golden State Flycasters. Golden State Flycasters is a nonprofit organization and fly fishing club dedicated to the preservation of fisheries and fly fishing. GSF is also the San Diego Chapter of Trout Unlimited, Chapter 920. Located in North San Diego County, California. GSF is a gathering hub for fly fishing, fly tying, fly casting instruction, renowned speakers, monthly programs and organized fly fishing trips and events.
