Cheeky Fishing joins TU as corporate partner
WASHINGTON, D.C.Cheeky Fishing, a Massachusetts-based manufacturer of high-performance fishing reels, is Trout Unlimiteds newest corporate partner, thanks to an agreement that gives TU members a significant discount on Cheeky products, and an additional discount to members of TUs 5 Rivers college program.
Additionally, Cheeky will donate 15 percent of all proceeds from TU member purchases to TUs general fund.
Cheeky Fishing is excited to team up with Trout Unlimited as the organizations newest corporate sponsor, said Cheeky CEO Ted Upton. Were especially excited about the opportunity to spread the conservation message to young adults through the 5 Rivers Program.
In addition to helping TU with direct funding from sales, Cheeky will also donate a number of reels to be used for fundraising auction packages and other gear for TU fundraisers and events, like the annual 5 Rivers Rally and the TU annual meeting.
